It takes 60,000 rose blossoms, picked in the early hours, to gain 1oz. of rose essential oil, which is naturally orange to dark red in color and gives our candles their romantic hue. For centuries the rose has symbolized innocence, love, passion, sympathy, desire and luxury, inspiring both lovers and poets.

Our candles are made using natural essential oils and plant extracts. Natural, aromatic essential oils are naturally distilled essences of plants used to promote the health and well-being of your body, mind and spirit. We do not use synthetic or artificial fragrances or perfumes.

We use natural beeswax produced by bees that feed only on the blossoms of lychee trees grown in Thailand's northern gem of Chiang Mai. We do not use paraffin in our candles, a bi-product derived from petroleum refining.

We infuse homeopathic remedies formulated by our own naturopath in candles.
